Shannon did an outstanding job marketing our home in Woodinville. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and helped us establish a fair market price for our home. She was thorough and honest in advising what needed to be done, and didn't need to be done, to make our home show at its peak. Our Woodinville search started in mid-October 2012 and we closed February 4, 2013. To sum up our journey, we tried to sell our house with another realty company, only to take it off the market after six months. We were very disappointed that it didn't sell. After taking it off the market, we received a lot of calls and letters from Realtors wanting us to go with them. We stashed them away for when we were going to try it all over again. When the time came, we started with Shannon's flyer, because it sounded too good to be true. We figured we had nothing to lose. With Shannon and her team, we were able to sell our house within a couple of weeks and fulfill our dream of buying a condo downtown. The Cascade Team had a marvelous program that ended up paying for absolutely every closing cost. All we had to do was bring the down payment to the table. There aren't enough stars here to describe Shannon's expertise and professionalism. The only way to describe the amount of stars Shannon deserves is to equate it to the amount of stars in the universe. And we aren't kidding. From the very beginning that we met her, it was like we had known her all our lives. She is not only our Realtor, but she has become our friend in a way that is indescribable.
