Growing up as an expat overseas, I learned as a child to negotiate for almost everything from a taxi cab to my next meal. Little did I know that these experiences would benefit me in what would turn out to be marketable skills in the work force. Moving around every 1 -4 years, I was happy to set roots down for my own children in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, specifically the Sammamish Plateau. I have grown to love this area with its natural beauty, healthy lifestyle, and excellent schools.  While raising my young children, I realized my passion for real estate. Prior to obtaining my real estate license, I was a regular fixture at local open houses and had even been mistaken for an agent on numerous occasions, in addition to negotiating the purchase of my own home and helped “broker” deals between home sellers and buyers. Drawing upon my life experiences: dealing with multicultural clientele, applying negotiation skills and a genuine interest in helping people, I will use my local knowledge market expertise and the Cascade Team’s top marketing platforms to help you in listing your home to sell for top dollar with the least amount of days on market. Jennifer was great to work with! She's a no-nonsense kind of person, doesn't beat around the bush, doesn't make promises she won't keep and is very responsive when it comes to any kind of communication. She returns calls promptly, and if she doesn't know the answer to your question, she'll still get back to you and rather than pretend she knows it, she'll promise to look into it and get back to you, which she'll do promptly. The photographer she works with (and who comes at no additional charge to her clients) did a great job, and the stager (again, no additional charge) gave great advice. Jennnifer is unique as a real estate agent in that she listens and she cares, and she never seems rushed or annoyed, no matter how many questions you have. She's knowledgeable, she's hard working, she's friendly, and without a trace of arrogance that we've unfortunately come to expect from many in her profession. I whole-heartedly recommend Jennifer and wish her great success!!!
